Within the scope of the Quality Commission activities of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Gümüşhane University, surveys were conducted with academic and administrative staff members.
The statements included in the survey and the analysis results related to these statements are presented below.
A total of 58 staff members participated in the survey.
1) I can communicate easily with my superior.
As shown in the chart above, 36.2% of the staff stated “mostly”, and 55.2% stated “always” that they can communicate easily with their superior.
2) My superior listens to me carefully.
As indicated in the chart above, 41.4% of the staff stated “mostly”, and 50% stated “always” that their superior listens to them carefully.
No participants selected the “rarely” option for this statement.
3) My superior tries to find solutions to my requests within available means.
As shown in the chart above, 48.3% of the staff stated “mostly”, and 41.4% stated “always” that their superior tries to find solutions to their requests within the available means.
4) My superior treats me with respect.
As shown in the chart above, 25.9% of the staff stated “mostly”, and 62.1% stated “always” that their superior treats them respectfully.
5) My superior clearly expresses work-related expectations.
As indicated in the chart above, 32.8% of the staff stated “mostly”, and 55.2% stated “always” that their superior clearly expresses their work-related expectations.
